Bob Salk
Co-Founder and CEO
Bob brings expertise in all aspects of the NFT ecosystem as a founder, investor, advisor and speaker on NFT platforms. Bob is the co-founder of KeyPass helping businesses launch NFTs with a focus on creating IRL experiences with added benefits. He orchestrated the key partnership between the NFT platform, Oneof and ecommerce giant, eBay. This partnership marked eBay's first foray into digital collectibles, with eBay selling out their first collection of NFTs in 24 hours. Bob is likewise a Managing Partner at Snow Hill Partners, a venture capital firm that invests in early stage Web3 and Fintech companies. Bob was a speaker and also moderated the Keynote for NFT SF, San Francisco's inaugural NFT conference. He currently enjoys being an advisor to several portfolio companies including Oneof, an environmentally conscious NFT platform focused on music, sports and lifestyle and Veracity Protocol, a physical Web3 infrastructure which tokenizes and authenticates luxury goods. He also advises MosaicNFT, an immutable platform for philanthropy and education in Web3. Additionally, he is the owner of over 100 NFTs. Prior to co-founding NVP he founded two startups in the Healthtech sector while completing his medical residency at Stanford.
Miguel Forbes
Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Forbes is the Vice Chairman of the Forbes Family Trust, a New York headquartered investment company. Miguel sits on the board of a number of high growth companies as a business advisor and strategist. Since co-founding of Forbes.com, Miguel has expanded the Forbes brand and its influence at a global scale. In 2000, he was appointed as the Forbes Vice President of Business Development. While holding this position, he launched eleven foreign editions of Forbes in Korea, Russia, China, Arabia, Israel, Poland, Turkey, Romania, Spain, Hungary, and Croatia. Miguel served as Forbes President of Worldwide Development of Forbes Media LLC and extended the Forbes brand into financial services creating the Forbes Private Capital Group. In addition to his successful expansion leading the strategy and business development of the Forbes brand, Mr. Forbes was the Chairman of Membership of YPO in New York. With a strong passion in leadership development, Miguel became a member of the Young Global Leaders, a division of the World Economic Forum. Miguel is also a Managing Partner with Snow Hill Partners, a venture capital firm that invests in Fintech and Web3 companies and advises Web3 companies in strategy and business development.
Thomas Keller
Co-Founder
Thomas Keller's name is synonymous with quality and high standards. The chef and proprietor has established a collection of restaurants that sets a new paradigm within the hospitality profession. He is the first and only American-born chef to hold multiple three-star ratings from the prestigious Michelin Guide - for The French Laundry and Per Se - in addition to being awarded one star for The Surf Club Restaurant, becoming the most honored American chef by Michelin Guide, as well as the first American male chef to be designated a Chevalier of The French Legion of Honor, the highest decoration in France. Chef Keller has earned countless additional accolades, including the Culinary Institute of America's "Chef of the Year" Award, the James Beard Foundation's "Outstanding Chef" and "Outstanding Restaurateur" Awards and Michelin Guide's Chef Mentor Award. He holds an honorary Doctor's in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and Johnson and Wales University. Chef Keller led a team from the U.S. to its first-ever gold medal in the Bocuse d'Or, a prestigious competition that is regarded as the culinary world's Olympics. With more than 1.5 million copies in circulation, he is the author of six cookbooks, including the recently released The French Laundry, Per Se.
Tony Lopez
Chief Financial Officer
Tony is an experienced business and customer-centric finance executive within the retail, hospitality, technology, and entertainment industries. Known as a visionary and transformational leader, he provides business insight to identify and develop strategic opportunities that maximize shareholder value and positions companies for sustainable growth. His background includes senior-level positions in both private and public companies. Earlier in his career he was an audit partner and led the west coast region as practice director for an international professional services firm, where he also served as a national technical finance and accounting subject matter expert. His consulting practice covered Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, merger and acquisitions advisor, and large-scale, complex systems implementations. Tony was most recently the CFO and COO of the luxury iconic retailer Gump's and was an adjunct professor at Cal State University, Fullerton. He holds active certifications as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Officer, Certified Turnaround Professional and Chartered Global Management Accountant. He holds a B.A. degree in accounting from the California State University, Long Beach and an MBA from Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA.
Michael Bell

Michael is a highly experienced sales and marketing executive who has held various leadership roles from technology startups to large corporations such as Oracle and Reuters. Throughout his 20+ years of experience in emerging technology, he has successfully formed numerous multi-million dollar strategic partnerships. He has worked in a variety of industries with international brands including Expedia, Cisco, Gap, Facebook, Boeing, NASA, Zoom and RH. Michael’s experience spans across high tech, legal, aerospace and defense, social media, manufacturing, retail, publishing, and digital marketing. He has deep experience with a wide range of emerging technologies including, Blockchain, NFTs, AI, Machine Learning and Natural Language Understanding (NLU). Michael is a trusted advisor and takes a consultative approach to helping his clients achieve long term success.
Jayson Chang
VP of Operations
Jayson is an economist with a deep understanding and passion for the emerging sector of blockchain/web3 technology. While his focus began in blockchain tokenomics, he is now focused on combining economics, analytics, and the endless utility of cryptocurrency to propel the adoption of blockchain technology. He has studied, traded, and researched the intricacies of blockchain tech and cryptocurrency for the past 6 years and is fascinated by the power that NFTs have to revolutionize the way assets are valued, held, and traded. Following his Master’s program in Economics, he founded and managed his own cryptocurrency and NFT consulting business; using economics and machine learning, he developed novel trading indicators and algorithms to consistently outperform crypto index funds while significantly mitigating risk. He has also provided architectural consultation for multiple NFT collections to maximize operational oversight and efficiency. As the space continues to develop, he searches for intriguing ways to integrate structural academic economic theories with the boundless creativity of blockchain technology.
Andro Zuzul
Director of Design
Andro is a product designer and NFT enthusiast with 6 years of experience designing end-to-end applications across data analytics, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality. He is the cofounder and artist of multiple sell-out NFT collections, with work currently featured across NFT-based galleries. As a human-centered designer in the crypto space, he is motivated by inventing and simplifying new interaction paradigms with the goal of making them understandable and delightful.
Steffen Holm
Director of Technology
Steffen is a software engineer from Carnegie Mellon with experience in machine learning and web3 development. He holds multiple patents in the AI field, co-founded an NFT collection, and recently completed the engineering residency at Launch House focused on building Web3 startups. He is excited to combine his love for building communities and architecting complex systems within the web3 ecosystem.
Kareem Williams
Director of NFTs
Kareem is a blockchain engineer with experience launching 50+ NFT projects. Some notable ones include NBA's Utah Jazz Heroes NFT, the first ever player’s initiated NFT collection that illustrates the Utah Jazz basketball players as superheroes. He also launched former #1 men's tennis player, Andy Murray x Wimbledon NFTs and BET's Karen The Movie. Most recently, he competed in five international coding competitions, winning a total of seven prizes. He also recently completed two engineering residencies focused on developing Web3 Founders at Launch House and RHouse. He is passionate about creating innovative solutions that bridge the infrastructural gap between Web2 and Web3.
Dominic Calvi
Director of Media
Dominic is a marketing expert in the blockchain and NFT space with multiple years of experience in cryptocurrency and NFT investing. Over the past few years, he has worked as an NFT art consultant/curator and Web3 social media consultant for several projects and brands, including the New York-based art marketplace: Rocart. Through years of studying social media marketing trends and a strong desire to connect brands with their communities, he has become a professional in Twitter brand management; he leverages brand and community demographics to develop successful long-term marketing plans for NFT projects. On Twitter, he has built a large following focused on NFTs and dApps where he has become a trusted source of information and presence in the community. His overall fascination with the endless applications of blockchain technology has inspired him to share his knowledge with the growing online community around him.
Drea Aguilar
Director of Membership Experience and Engagement
Drea has over 16+ years of experience working within the hospitality industry where she has worked across the fine-dining, event curation, tourism, luxury short-term rentals, private members' clubs, and tech spaces; gaining experience both domestic and international exposure in the United States, Italy, United Kingdom, Romania, and Australia. She previously worked for Soho House West Coast, where she was directly responsible for opening Little Beach House Malibu. Drea likewise led the onboarding and member experience for Netflix at Neuehouse Hollywood, where she specialized in curating elevated member experiences. Within the tech and entrepreneurial ecosystem, she has launched several hospitality platforms including a hospitality e-learning platform and a new food delivery concept focusing on driving hospitality within the LA market. Drea earned her a B.A. in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach and her Masters Degree from the Oxford School of Hospitality Management in England. She believes in the power of Web3 and is excited to bridge the gap between NFT technology and authentic human connection.
